Catalina Island is located 22 miles off the coast of Southern California. Easily accessible by boat and helicopter, Catalina is a popular destination for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the mainland.

Snug Harbor Inn is located on the beachfront in the town of Avalon – home to 85% of the island’s population. Everything here is within walking distance, but taxis, trolleys, bicycle and golf cart rentals are also readily available.

Wow. My husband and I decided on Catalina for our 5 year wedding anniversary. [We] came across this hotel after a lot of searching for comfort, romance, and location. This little 6 room inn had it all. The staff was welcoming, the room had a view of the harbor, and so adorable. The sweet romantic breakfast in the morning with fresh baked bread was super! We will be staying here every time we come alone from now on and I hope it always stays as wonderful.
