Important Message Regarding COVID-19

COVID-19 Update: March 13, 2020

At Snug Harbor Inn, our priority is first and foremost the safety and well-being of our valued guests and employees.

We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), US Travel Association and Public Health Professionals, and will continue to follow their prevention guidelines to help keep our hotels clean and our communities safe.

As of Friday, March 13, 2020, there are zero confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Catalina Island, and the CDC has not issued any health notices restricting travel to and from Catalina Island. Donald Trump has restricted travel to the United States from Europe.

We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness across our properties. As an extra level of precaution, we’ve implemented an enhanced cleaning process. While the cleaning process of our guest rooms and common areas has always been robust, we have taken steps to invest in stronger disinfectants and continue to evaluate our cleaning procedures. Frequently touched surfaces will be wiped down with disinfectant on a recurrent basis.

Snug Harbor Inn takes great pride in the role we play in the lives of our guests and employees. Rest assured that as circumstances continue to develop, one thing will remain constant: we will make our decisions with the health and well-being of our guests, team members and community as our highest priority.

Snug Harbor Inn continues to remain open and we would be privileged to welcome you. The weather is beautiful, the beaches are quiet and our small town would be honored to serve you
